This morning we had pesto grilled potatoes and eggs with feta for breakfast. A sunday specialty! Afterwards we needed to make wipes because i was running low. If you want a kissable soft bottom too, here is the recipe!
Half of a roll of paper towel
1 cup of water
1 tbsp of coconut oil
1 tbsp of baby soap
Cut the paper towel in half and remove the cardboard roll from the roll you plan on using.
Put the paper towel into any canister you have.
Heat the water and the dissolve the coconut oil and baby soap into it. Pour everything into the canister with the paper towel and let it all soak up for 15 min or so. All done! Happy butt.
While mami was making my wipes we made cookies! They are super duper easy. Mash 2 bananas. Add 1 cup of oatmeal. We also added chocolate chips, because, well, why not?! Grease the cookie sheet with coconut oil and bake at 350 for 15 min. Voilá. They turned out perfect.

The sweetest little bunny.
All of the female goats are pregnant. They usually give birth to 2 at a time. So we are expecting 8 little goats next month! Maybe we can convince Sjana to name one Boston.

A pot bellied pig. This little guy is an inside pig. Yup, true story. He is potty trained and everything! I couldn't believe it, but hey, people didn't believe it when I was potty trained either.

After seeing all of the animals we decided that AUTHENTIC Mexican sounded good. Since we have been on a vegetarian diet for the past month we got grilled cactus and black bean fajitas to all split. No joke, they were the bomb.
It was delish!
